The nightly rate accommodates up to 11 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 15. Any guest beyond 11 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

Please note that the access to the backyard area is shared among all guests. We encourage respectful use and cooperation to ensure everyone can enjoy this communal space comfortably.

Kindly note that only street parking is available. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests’ experience.
