Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs. ⚠️ The 6-guest limit is enforced. Additional guests staying or visiting must be added to your reservation or your reservation could be canceled. 🤫 Quiet Hours (10 pm-8 am). Please keep all noise down to be considerate of our neighbors. 🐕 No Pets Allowed ($500 fine) ⚠️Guests will be held responsible for any damages in the apartment (i.e., holes and marks on walls & wallpaper, furniture damage, broken items, etc.) that occur during their stay. If we find any of that damage, you will be charged for the replacement of each item AND subject to a fee of up to $500 for each item. ✅The codes needed for check-in will be provided right before check-in time of 4 pm. This will be the code for the duration of your stay. Please do not share the code with anyone who is not staying in the unit overnight. ✅No unauthorized guests. Visitors must be added to the reservation. Violation may lead to cancellation without refund along with a $100 per person, per night fee. ✅ No parties. Violation will result in immediate removal all of guests without refund along with an up to $2,500 unauthorized party fine. ✅ No illegal activity ✅ No hanging out in front of the building or hallway We must receive a form of ID for the person on the reservation ✅ No receiving mail ✅ Please do not leave any of your belongings in the building hallway. We cannot be held responsible Please do not attempt to access any area of the property that isn’t included in your reservation. ✅ Please do not arrive prior to your check-in time unless early check-in has been approved. We do not have a waiting area. ✅ Violation of any of the above requests can result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund. ⚠️ $200 resetting fee will be charged for false alarms caused by triggering the fire alarm system unnecessarily. ⚠️ We do offer luggage drop-off service; however, we kindly request that guests vacate the premises once your belongings have been securely stored. In the event that our security or cleaning team reports any extended occupancy beyond the designated drop-off period, a fee of $50 per hour will be applicable. Please note that this time is used to ensure the place is cleaned thoroughly for you and our team works best while the place is vacant. ⚠️ Should you need to cancel after your check-in date, if there's any eligible refund, it will be processed post-inspection of the apartment. ⚠️ We'll make every effort to recover lost and found items and coordinate its return. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind. We encourage all guests to double-check their belongings before checking out. ⚠️For long-term stays exceeding 25 days, we may request additional details about your visit, such as proof of employment, flight information, and a signed agreement. Additionally, a phone call or in-person check-in may be required.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will be provided with all check-in details prior to your arrival: Timeline: 48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared. Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed). The building code may be different from the apartment code.
