🚭Absolutely no smoking in the unit. Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs. ⚠️ The 6-guest limit is enforced. Additional guests staying or visiting must be added to your reservation or your reservation could be canceled. 🤫 Quiet Hours (10 pm-8 am). If we find any of that damage, you will be charged for the replacement of each item AND subject to a fee of up to $500 for each item. ✅The codes needed for check-in will be provided right before check-in time of 4 pm. This will be the code for the duration of your stay. Please do not share the code with anyone who is not staying in the unit overnight. ✅No unauthorized guests. Please note that this time is used to ensure the place is cleaned thoroughly for you and our team works best while the place is vacant. ⚠️ Should you need to cancel after your check-in date, if there's any eligible refund, it will be processed post-inspection of the apartment. ⚠️ We'll make every effort to recover lost and found items and coordinate its return. The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home during your Sojourney. You will be provided with all check-in details prior to your arrival: Timeline: 48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared. Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).
